Lab Tech Support rates are more than competitive; in fact we aim to offer rates below industry standards. Unlike most of our competitors, we offer quotes and evaluations at no charge to our customers. In addition, the module repair costs are usually less than half the cost of NEW or REFURBISHED modules

Fast Turnaround Time:

Lab Tech Support completes most repairs in 8-10 business days; faster than industry standards. In addition to the fastest turnaround times at prices below most of our competitors, we also offer Express Service. For a nominal fee we can expedite your repair to sometimes within 24 hours. Since we stock a large inventory of parts some repairs can be accomplished in as little as 24 hours. If the parts need to be ordered in, the repair can be done in two to three days.
Once we receive the failed module, we start our evaluation process. We can normally evaluate your module within 24 hours. If we know in advance the electronic module is coming, and it is an Express Service, it is evaluated and quoted on the day we receive it.
Our staffs of fully trained electronic technicians uses state-of-the-art technology to repair your modules, down to component level and we use test fixtures and instruments to test your modules before it is returned to you.

Module Exchange Service:

This service gives customers a fast and efficient solution in the event of a hardware problem. When a customer’s instrument experiences a failure, LTS can send out an in-house rebuilt module to replace the faulty module.

Module Repair Service:

During the contract period, repair of modules is performed at no charge to the customer. Once the contract period has expired, module repair will be invoiced based on material and labor costs.

Repaired Items Shipped:

LTS ships repaired items back to you he same day the repair is completed. Repaired items are protected during shipping using Anti-Static shrink wrap bags, Anti-Static bubble wrap, and Anti-Static foam peanuts inside boxes.
