Our Hardware Training Services

Lab Tech Support comprehensive selection of training programs helps customer staff develop valuable skill sets, reduce downtime, and make the most of the customer’s instrumentation investments.

Lab Tech Support training programs are made up of individual modules that can be “mixed and matched” to meet the customer’s specific training needs. Training can also be provided at the customer’s facility, and training the customer’s technical staff on the customer’s instrumentation.

The Hardware Training is designed to provide the information necessary for the participants to install, operate, troubleshoot and maintain the LC/MS/MS or HPLC or CTC instruments.

The instructional methods include lecture format, demonstrations, individual and group exercises along with hands-on practice using the instrument.

Training modules included in Lab Tech Support Hardware training course include: System Overview; Theory of Operation; Safety Instructions; Interlocks Basic; Operation Maintenance; Replacing modules and reasons for replacing if required; System Level Troubleshooting; Component Level Troubleshooting

All Lab Tech Support training courses combine classroom and hands-on laboratory work to ensure a balanced learning experience.
